When your fitness regime is designed and you are maintaining an active lifestyle, you may find you are taking longer to recover, or keep coming down with illness such as colds or injuries.

As part of the personal training program I will:

  • Overhaul or make subtle changes to what you’re eating.
  • Advise you on when to eat before or after training.
  • Ensure you get the complete nutrition you need to maintain, improve or lose weight.
